Support the Manifesto online by signing this petition.
The Manifesto I covered in this post can now be supported online at this site. Don’t wait. Sign today. It’s target audience is the White House and the United Nations. I now ask all those bloggers who reposted this Manifesto to spread the news and sign the manifesto.
This is especially important since some Moslem countries are apparently trying to get a convention to ban slander about religious figures.

I find most of what the Manifesto states to be true. That being said, I disagree wholeheartedly with the openening line. We have not overcome fascism unless you view “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.” to be a practical strategy for victory. Of the 14 defining points of a Fascist society, America is batting a 1000.
So, which enemy do we defend against first. The Religious fanatics in other countries or the Corporate and/or religious fanatics that are already here? Honest question.

I disagree with the 1st paragraph. It seems to equate all religions with jihad and facism. I believe you can be religious and not be a jihadist, faciast, intolerant, etc. I think secularism is also a “religion” and it’s adherents can be just as intolerant as some of those above described.
Therefore, though I support the fight against violence and jihad, I’m not ready to sign up for another intolerant religion (secularism). Let’s remember communism, Nazism, etc. were secular and neo-pagan.
